5 Year Goals
- All section officers to watche “Section Officer Training” and “Knowledge of SWE” webinars.
- Share SWENext information with at least 10 non-SWE members (outreach participants, parents, educators, partner organizations, etc)
- Capture 3 entries per section in the Society Outreach Assessment Tool
- Provide Mentor/Protégée pairs for Region Mentoring Program 3 section reps = 6 participants, 2 section reps = 4 participants, 1 section rep = 2 participants
- All sections submit IRS postcard by 11/15
- All sections complete a section vitality assessment in FY16
- Submit for Program Development Grant

- Update membership database
- Maintain good practices
- Membership communication (welcome emails, renewal reminders, etc.)
- Executive council meetings

- Have at least one event north of Salt Lake and south of Lehi (Provo and Ogden) (Hikes?)
- 2 non-leadership members host an event

5 Year Goals
- 60% membership retention
- Start a SWE scholarship
- Sustained membership >100
- Create an awards committee and consistently apply for local, region, and national awards
- SWE sponsored professional development event
